Overview: This was a re-roofing project consisting of removal and replacement of
the existing metal roofing system and the installation of a new 80 mil PVC roofing system with decorative ribs. This system provides an excellent waterproofing membrane roofing system while giving the appearance of a standing seam metal roof.

Installation: The 20-year warranted PVC décor profile roofing system is comprised of a steel deck, 2 layers of 2.2-inch Sarnatherm (20 PSI) polyiso insulation mechanically attached to the deck, ½” Densdeck Prime adhered to the polyiso boards with 2-part Sarnacol OM Board Urethane Adhesive, Sarnafil G410-20 80 mil heat-reflective gray felt-back membrane adhered to the cover board with Sarnacol 2170 solvent adhesive, and finished with the Decor Profile Gray Ribs that are heat-welded to the PVC membrane to mimic metal roof ribs. Perimeter metal components include parapet metal coping, fascia, counter flashing, and gray PVC-clad drip edge fabricated in DKG’s modern sheet metal shop.
